Day 50

Well…

I haven’t posted in ages, sorry about that! But I am still totally committed to my diet and yoga plan.

I have now lost a total of 34 lbs, (or 2 stone 6 lbs for those brits among us!)

I feel good, a lot better inside, although I find it hard to see the loss on the outside. It’s like I’m just the same but I look a bit longer/taller!

I still can’t take a compliment, and I feel so embarrassed if anyone mentions my weight. I don’t want people looking at me scrutinizing my appearance, it’s like my biggest fear.

Lately I have just been feeling so very tired and hungry, I can feel my willpower waning. I have been on this diet for 7 weeks now, and it’s tough. Tougher than anything I’ve done before. But that’s probably because I’ve never been able to stick to a diet before!

So I go on holidays in 6 weeks. By then I shall hopefully be 2 thirds of my way to goal, and feel comfortable in a bikini.

I want to stick with this diet until the end of June, which means 16 weeks to go…yikes!
